Stand Clear of the Closing Doors 2013

The Ultimate Boricua was born and raised in the South Bronx. He began perform poetry in 2002 and has performed at different venues all over the city  including the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, The Bowery, Hunters College, CCNY and Museo del Barrio to name a few. He was a member of El Grito de Poetas in it’s infancy in 2005. He continues to write and perform at open mics around NYC. When he is on the stage he is all about bringing a specific message. He lives by a quote in poetry game that goes: "Let me give you a sip of my tequila, so I can get you drunk with my spoken word!"
